Village Mantra Farm Tech Private Limited honored the customer's decision to cancel the purchase order. However, Village Mantra solely reserves the right to cancel/refuse any purchase order.

Village Mantra may cancel any order if they find:

• If the purchase transaction is fraudulent 

• If the customer willingly does not follow or respect the transaction terms and conditions

• Other reasons like logistics and delivery issues within the time

• Extreme weather/climate or natural calamities/ disaster in and around the delivery place

Village Mantra Farm Tech Private Limited will initiate a refund in the following conditions:

• If the buyer cancels the order before the shipment, the entire amount will be refunded.

• If the order has not been delivered but has already shipped, buyers can still cancel the order online. In that case, the buyer will be refunded the amount after deducting the shipment and delivery charges.

• If the buyer made double payment for the same order, the second transaction would be refunded within 5 business days.

• If there is a failed transaction/canceled order, the Bank/ Card charges are likely forfeited.

• If the buyer partly cancels the order, the amount will be refunded partly.

Village Mantra Farm Tech Private Limited does NOT refund the amount if they found

• If the order is delivered to the address, it will not refund; only an exchange option will be initiated 

• If the returned product is damaged and found by the logistics, the amount will not be refunded

Village Mantra Farm Tech Private Limited respects the buyer's decision of cancellation of any purchase. However, our constant effort is that buyers should not go through the cancellation process and avoid unnecessary hassle.
